Chowdhury Group started of as a Real-Estate Venture in the name of Chowdhury Modern City (Pvt.) Ltd and first Project is known as Chowdhury Shawpna Kuthir Housing Society located at Chittagong . This Project turned out to be a successful project as it could gain trust and confidence of urban people of Chittagong . As the confidence of the people grew further and further combined with show growth housing, Chowdhury Group started to undertake other project also both at Chittagong and Dhaka .
Driven by the result of the success in Real-Estate business, Chowdhury Group involved itself in other new field. More enterprises were established with diverse activates involving Buying House, Trading Company, Shipping, Courier Services and Tours & Travels. Side by side it started participating in social activities to reduce poverty & suffering of people.
This Group's different concerns are located both at Dhaka and Chittagong .This is a fast growing Group and has come a long way in reaching its goals by listening to client's need and anticipating present needs from past experience.
